Welcome to Protis Reviews. My name is Alan, and for an hour each week I will be showcasing the hottest releases from local artists in the Brisbane music scene, as well as those from interstate and overseas. I have been writing reviews of studio releases, be they singles or EPs, since June of 2024. I started reviewing live performances in September of 2024, and have been enjoying these immensely! My aim for this show is to see how it works in a radio format.
This week on "Protis Reviews" focuses on some of the artists that Alan has met at BIGSOUND over the years. As far as he knows, none of them have performed at the nightly festival showcase events. Well, not up to this point in time anyway.
